Seasonality Software (posted at 3:46 AM by Philippe Martin)

Congratulations to Mike and Gaucho Software for the recent release of Seasonality 1.0:

Seasonality takes weather monitoring to a whole new level with weather forecasts, radar images, sunrise/sunset times, and much more. View informative icons demonstrating what weather is coming your way over the next 7 days. Use radar images to check out where it is raining or snowing. Compare this month's weather conditions to last month's, or even last year's. Keep track of just your hometown or multiple cities all over the U.S.

Mike Piatek-Jimenez is also the developer of X Resource Graph (a great system monitoring utility that I run all the time on my machines) and a very nice guy. Bravo, Mike!

LinkBack Software (posted at 11:37 PM by Philippe Martin)
Nisus Software, The Omni Group, and Blacksmith announced LinkBack, a new technology that brings embedded objects to the Mac OS X platform. LinkBack makes it possible to edit text or graphics pasted from another application by double-clicking on it. The technology will be included in future releases of Nisus Writer Express, OmniOutliner, OmniGraffle, and Chartsmith. It is also available today as an open source framework for use by other Mac developers at http://www.linkbackproject.org.

Great!!!
