Here's DesktopSweeper 1.2, at last.

This version fixes a couple of little compatibility problems in Tiger and a couple of rarely encountered bugs. Nothing very exciting, then. And if you're still running DesktopSweeper 1.1 in Jaguar, then don't upgrade it: Jaguar is no longer officially supported in 1.2.
