TLA Systems released DragThing 5.5, the best dock maker for OS X out there IMO.

This version adds more than 50 new features and changes including full support for spring-loaded folders, editable text clippings, new visual effects when switching between layers, a restricted-access "Classroom Mode," or the ability to turn DragThing into a background-only application.
