According to VOAnews.com, the former U.S. President Jimmy Carter says that the voting system in Florida does not meet some "basic international requirements" and could undermine the November presidential elections.
Mr Carter [whose foundation, the Carter Center, observes polls worldwide] also says it seems likely there will be a repeat of irregularities seen during the disputed 2000 presidential election.
